Establishment of an Emergency Operation centre(EOC),in DC Office,Samba for Monitoring of situation due to Power Scenario and other exigencies arising thereof
ORDER
In continuation to this office order No. DCS/EOC/Misc/2022/449-75 dated 08.01.2022, regarding establishment of an Emergency Operation Centre (EOC) in the Office of Dy. Commissioner, Samba and keeping in view Power scenario and other exigencies arising from time to time thereof, the following Officers/Officials are hereby deployed on duty in the Emergency Operation Centre (EOC), in DC Office, Samba for Monitoring of situation w.e.f 30.04.2022 to 14.05.2022. Further, the Executive Engineer, PDD Division Vijaypur and Executive Engineer, PHE Division Samba shall provide the format to monitor the Power and Water supply situation in the district on 06 (Six) hourly basis.
The Officer/officials already engaged in COVID-19 Control Room, in Deputy Commissioner Office, Samba shall continue to perform their duties in close coordination with Officers/officials deployed in the Emergency Operation Centre, (EOC) and Sh. Raman Kumar, Junior Assistant (Mobile no. 7780919174) of this office, shall compile the daily report if any conveyed by different departments by 04:00 PM daily.
The Nodal Officer concerned shall be solely responsible for submission of updated information in prescribed format for onward submission to the higher authorities. Any dereliction of duties on the part of the above officers/officials shall invite disciplinary action as warranted under Employees Conduct Rules.
