The original Plan outlay 2007-08 was Rs. 2492.43 Lacs which included Rs. 640.46 lacs as revenue component and Rs. 1851.97 lacs as capital component. Capital component further comprised of Rs. 476.50 Lacs as Institutional loan under NABARD/AIBP/LIC,Rs. 210.22 as ACA with external funding and Rs,23.30 lacs, PM’s reconstruction plan for salary of third teacher. But due to non release of ACA and re-appropriation of savings experienced mainly under revenue component in Health, Education, Social Welfare, SC & OBC and CD& Panchayat sectors and capital component in Nutrition sectors . Coupled with release of additionality amounting to Rs. 1.20 lacs by the Planning & Development Department , the allocation was revised to Rs. 2368.45 lacs. Against the revised allocation an expenditure of Rest.2302.44 lacs was incurred which works out 97.21%
